Canandaigua Rotary honors police officer, firefighter and EMT of the year.
With the assistance of Mayor (and Canandaigua Rotarian) Bob Palumbo and Rotary District Governor, Ralph Brandt, our club honored Canandaigua City Police Detective Sergeant, PJ Mastracy, Canandaigua City Fire Fighter, Sam Loiacono and Canandaigua Emergency Squad EMT, Brian MacMillan.
